Quality wines

Because of its diverse composition these wines are boasting with harmony of various sort aromas, which compliment themselves. They successfully embrace all characteristically sorts of the winegrowing regions from Pohorje to Svečina. Beside their special aroma, freshness and maturity as also pleasant drinkability are their main characteristics.

Mariborčan

  • Vintage: 2006
  • Alcohol: 11 vol%
  • Reducing sugar:10,5 g/l
  • Wine acid content: 5,7 g/l

With the combination of the Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Traminec, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Welsh Rizling we composed a pleasant Cuvee with a pleasant yellow and greenish colour, a pleasant taste and bouquet reminiscent of fresh apples. It can be served chilled on a temperature of 10 to 12 °C to different meat dishes.

White Rizling

  • Vintage: 2006
  • Alcohol: 11 vol%
  • Reducing sugar: 9,3 g/l
  • Wine acid content: 7.0 g/l

The Welsh Rizling is the most commonly produced wine in Slovenia. The young quality wines have a yellowish and greenish or also golden yellow colour. The bouquet is pleasantly fruity. It can be served chilled on a temperature of 10 to 12 °C to different meat dishes.
